The Senior Application Support Specialist is responsible for the configuration and operations of our platform solutions for internal and external stakeholders on one or more of ESI’s clients.

The primary objective of the role is to source and secure profitable new revenue/clients through new major accounts and customer acquisition in the retail e-commerce space.
The Senior Analyst, Loyalty Analytics is responsible for analytics and insight that support the ongoing enhancement and performance of a leading loyalty program for a fuels retailer. The role reports to the Director, Analytics. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in SAS (data manipulation, statistical analysis, working with large datasets), Database data structures (SQL, Oracle), campaign analysis (campaign effectiveness, ROI), and the ability to effectively multitask on multiple deliverables.

The IT Project and Compliance Coordinator is a key contributor and leader of IT Projects and compliance at Exchange Solutions. This role ensures that adequate effective processes and controls are documented, followed and aligned to ensure compliance with our policies and any regulatory requirements. The IT Project and Compliance Coordinator facilitates the compliance program, establishing appropriate assessments, writing supporting policies, processes, and technical documentation, managing and tracking risk mitigation and remediation activities, and communicating compliance program results to Senior Management. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office and working closely with the CTO, this role works across the entire organization supporting the development and implementation of a company-wide compliance awareness and education program.
The Software Development Technical Lead serves as a Subject Matter Expert in the design and implementation of technical solutions for Exchange Solutions. With strong team and cross-functional interactions, delivers quality results through providing advanced technical knowledge expertise and execution of complex assignments. In conjunction with the Director, Software Development, will be responsible for identifying and allocating appropriate resources to project assignments.
The Senior Linux Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and administration of a high availability environment. Administer daily operations of servers including log review, systems escalation, security patching and application upgrades. Be part of a team that is transitioning technical operations from traditional administration and deployment management to infrastructure as application leveraging automation/configuration management technologies.
