We’re in sunny San Diego this week, officially launching Smarter Loyalty for IBM® Commerce at the Amplify Conference. It will be a whirlwind few days as we join thousands of IBM’ers and IBM customers to talk about the latest in customer engagement.
Between our two sessions (Smarter Loyalty for WebSphere® Commerce and Smarter Loyalty for IBM Digital Analytics and IBM Tealeaf®), our booth in the solution showcase (#111) and our meetings with IBM execs, other IBM business partners and system integraters, we have a packed schedule. What I’m most excited about is the chance to talk to IBM customers and show them what we’ve been working on over the past few months. There’s nothing like putting a new product in front of potential clients, seeing their interest and getting their feedback.
So, while this conference marks the end of a big push to build and launch Smarter Loyalty for IBM Commerce, it also is a beginning, as we create new relationships and find opportunities for growth.
