Once again we are looking forward to supporting and participating in another of RIS News’ annual events and not just because the event is being held in sunny Florida!
Earlier this year the RIS News Rock & Roll Retail event indeed proved to be a rockin’ good time with executives from the likes of Marc Jacobs, Radioshack and HSN performing. Now their annual RetailTechCon is coming up this month, and this year’s theme is “Inspired Retailing: Collaborate, Connect, Innovate”. The conference is set to take a broader view of the retailers’ need to provide customers with a more personalized experience – from Collaborating with their business partners, to how retailers Connect with their customers, and the technological Innovations that they need to adopt in order to do so.
Over the three days (March 25-27), well renowned brands will be taking to the podium including Chico’s FAS, Macys.com / Bloomingdales.com, Sports Authority and Carter’s. Many topical retail themes will be covered, such as specific innovations in the supply chain, omni-channel challenges and strategies, and a topic near and dear to my heart – customer loyalty. Added to the packed roster of Retail Executives that will be presenting, the VP of Retail Strategies at Gartner will showcase some of the highlights of their highly anticipated RIS/Gartner Technology Study, one of the most anticipated and influential studies in retail.
Not only are we happy to be attending and participating, which will give us the opportunity to network with some of the best brands in retail, but we are also always proud of opportunities to support the industry at events such as these. As a sponsor of this seminal retail event, you’ll find us exhibiting in the Grand Ballroom Foyer and attending the sessions, so be sure to drop by to say hi to myself or my colleague Robert Jewell.
