Hi, I’m Josh Marder. I recently joined Exchange Solutions to head up U.S. Sales, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, Bob Jewell in our Lincoln office. I’ve been fortunate to have joined a number of earlier-stage companies where I have contributed to the growth engines of solution go-to-market, partnership ecosystems, maturing/evolving of processes, and revenue expansion. Most recently, I joined Endeca Technologies, which was acquired by Oracle. Before that, I was with Cognos, which was acquired by IBM.
I joined Exchange Solutions because I felt the timing was just right for a large expansion in Value Exchange OptimizationTM solutions. The quality of the technology product, the delivery excellence of the Client Solution teams, the ramp-up of professional Marketing operations, the uniformly high caliber of leadership, and the high level of talent + enthusiasm across all functions, not to mention very happy and successful customers, indicates to me that this is an organization ready for increased growth.
In my experience, organizations in growth mode provide great opportunities for personal success to all involved, not to mention a whole lot of fun. My mission at Exchange Solutions is to work closely with this close-knit team, drive new customer acquisition, grow revenues, establish valuable partnerships, and evolve our sales operations into a highly-repeatable process.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually involved in some sort of outdoor adventure. In the past year, I sailed my family around the Caribbean, skied Montana back-country, and taught my son how to rock-climb (he’s now much better than me, which he often points out).
I’m looking forward to working off my “new-guy” status and becoming an established member of the team.
