My colleagues, our CMO Jane Ricciardelli, and our CRO Robert Jewell, both wrote introductory blogs about our attendance at the upcoming IBM Amplify event, each from their unique perspectives. As an attendee and fellow presenter at IBM Amplify, I wanted to share mine as well.
Apart from the overall great line up of general sessions and speakers, being in the Analytics and Optimization field, I’m particularly excited by the fact that this event has an entire Track dedicated to Customer Analytics, which is designed to help companies better understand how they can leverage analytics for customer acquisition, retention and optimization of the overall customer experience. I am particularly interested in one of the IBM Presenters; Becky Carroll’s session description includes the following: “Enterprise social analytics unveils possibilities that would once seem like science fiction.” Sounds interesting!
As for the session that I will be presenting, it’s entitled “Create Smarter Loyalty Programs with IBM® Digital Analytics and IBM® Tealeaf®”, and seeks to combine the thinking from the traditional database marketing world but using real-time event data produced by these tools. The session will explore how IBM Digital Analytics and Tealeaf clients can gain advantages using our new “Smarter Loyalty” solution to better leverage their customer data and analytics. “Smarter Loyalty” will enable these companies to identify opportunities to incent their customers to perform new, more profitable behaviors, deepen customer engagement and increase their customer lifetime values, as the interactions happen.
These value-added capabilities that are now available to IBM Digital Analytics, IBM Tealeaf and IBM Websphere® clients are significant, helping companies turn their customer interactions into engagement actions which deliver profits. This product launch is an historic milestone for us at Exchange Solutions, and as Robert Jewell rightly mentioned in his blog, it will continue to be a buzz for us for the considerable future.
