We’re back on the road again en route to sunny Florida, this time for Loyalty 360’s annual Loyalty Expo.
As Sponsors of the Loyalty Expo, we’re looking forward to joining in topical conversations about best practices that organizations can use to engage and nurture their customer relationships to foster deep loyalty and more profitable relationships.
Exhibiting at the conference will give us the opportunity to meet with and make key industry connections, and as active participants in the event, we’ll be able to contribute to the hot-button topic of personalization and the part it can and should play in customer loyalty and profitability.
I look forward to hearing from best-in-class organizations about trends like:
- How far they have progressed down the continuum of mass-offers to individual offers
- The progress in moving Loyalty away from a cost center and into a profit center
- Experience with the relentless adjustment required to stay relevant and responsive based on each individual customer’s latest behaviors
- Alignment of “Loyalty” as both a rational and emotional concept across the enterprise (i.e. well beyond the traditional Loyalty function within Marketing/CRM)
Our guest speaker, Jon Buck from Angie’s List certainly has a unique perspective on personalized marketing, one that is derived from his own real life, in-market experiences. As Head of the AngieCash program which was launched in 2013, Jon has seen how individualized marketing delivers a measurable increase in some of the customer behaviors that are of the highest value to their organization – writing reviews, referring friends, buying products or services, renewing or upgrading memberships – and is doing so at less cost than their business-as-usual marketing activities.
Referencing the ‘next gen’ in personalized marketing, Jon will talk about how and why true one-to-one marketing is so effective at driving customer engagement and motivating customers to perform profitable new behaviors.
We’ll be at the Loyalty Expo for three sun-filled days (April 27-29), exhibiting, co-presenting, mingling and networking. As this event draws closer, we invite you to reach out to us and see what other activities and evening events we have in store to help facilitate industry meet-and-greets with our fellow peers and further discussion around the all-important topic of best-practices for customer loyalty.
