The Digital Campaign Specialist will work collaboratively with clients, assigned account teams and internal technology teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of digital / email campaign services.
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day email marketing activities including but not limited to end to end execution of email communications, building and coding email templates and campaigns, database selection, scheduling, testing and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns through the ESP platform.
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and leading all corporate marketing initiatives at Exchange Solutions. This includes developing and leading the execution of a marketing strategy and communications plan that will create brand awareness for Exchange Solution and support sales efforts within Retail verticals. This position has one or more direct reports, including a Marketing Manager, and will work collaboratively with the VP, Marketing & Account Management, VP, Product Marketing & Pre-Sales, Head of Sales, and SVP, Product, Sales & Marketing.
Manager, Analytics Data is a role within the Analytics and Optimization team reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics.
Manager, Analytics Data will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining standardized Analytical Datamarts and robust data monitoring systems across all clients; ongoing automation of analytical processes, e.g. performance reports; and creation of Tableau dashboards.
Manager, Analytics Data will have direct reports and act as an Analytics liaison with Data Management and Technology on the development and implementation of analytic’ related solutions.

The Sales Director is accountable for executing an aggressive sales strategy that supports the Exchange Solutions business development goals and objectives. The primary objective of the role is to source and secure profitable new revenue/clients through new major accounts and customer acquisition in the retail e-commerce space.
The Software Development Technical Lead serves as a Subject Matter Expert in the design and implementation of technical solutions for Exchange Solutions. With strong team and cross-functional interactions, delivers quality results through providing advanced technical knowledge expertise and execution of complex assignments. In conjunction with the Director, Software Development, will be responsible for identifying and allocating appropriate resources to project assignments.
The Specialist, Account Management is responsible for the daily operations of assigned account(s), assisting the Account Management Team in the execution of engagements, new business development, account plan development & execution, delegating to and supervising the work of Associates, Account Management, and the management of client relationships from both a tactical and strategic perspective.
The Product Marketing Coordinator will generate insights from market research of competitors and their own understanding of the Retail and Marketing Technology landscape. Your success in this role will come from your ability to grasp Exchange Solutions’ products value proposition and use that to formulate marketing programs that resonates with prospective buyers and existing clients. Working with the Manager, Product Marketing & Pre Sales, you will use your strong organizational and communication skills to manage and deliver projects to various stakeholder groups within Exchange Solutions, notably our Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Account Management teams.
