The Software Developer will be part of a Java shop environment and will play an important role in designing, developing and implementing exciting technical solutions. The Senior Application Support Specialist is responsible for the configuration and operations of our platform solutions for internal and external stakeholders on one or more of ESI’s clients.
The Senior Application Support Specialist will be an in-house expert in Exchange Solutions’ proprietary platform. They work closely with the Technology Solutions, IT operations, and Development teams to ensure Exchange Solutions’ proprietary platform continues to operate as expected. Additionally, they are expected to lead the application operation, incident management, problem determination and resolution activities with respect to their assigned client implementations.
As an in-house expert, they are expected to effectively communicate with technical and business resources across the company and with the clients and/or partners for issue support, problem determination and resolution and system reconfiguration.
The Director E-Commerce Sales is accountable for executing an aggressive sales strategy that supports the Exchange Solutions business development goals and objectives. The primary objective of the role is to source and secure profitable new revenue/clients through new major accounts and customer acquisition in the retail e-commerce space.
The Digital Campaign Specialist will work collaboratively with clients, assigned account teams and internal technology teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of digital / email campaign services.
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day email marketing activities including but not limited to end to end execution of email communications, building and coding email templates and campaigns, database selection, scheduling, testing and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns through the ESP platform.
The Software Development Technical Lead serves as a Subject Matter Expert in the design and implementation of technical solutions for Exchange Solutions. With strong team and cross-functional interactions, delivers quality results through providing advanced technical knowledge expertise and execution of complex assignments. In conjunction with the Director, Software Development, will be responsible for identifying and allocating appropriate resources to project assignments.
The Senior Linux Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and administration of a high availability environment. Administer daily operations of servers including log review, systems escalation, security patching and application upgrades. Be part of a team that is transitioning technical operations from traditional administration and deployment management to infrastructure as application leveraging automation/configuration management technologies.
The Specialist, Account Management is responsible for the daily operations of assigned account(s), assisting the Account Management Team in the execution of engagements, new business development, account plan development & execution, delegating to and supervising the work of Associates, Account Management, and the management of client relationships from both a tactical and strategic perspective.
The Product Marketing Coordinator will generate insights from market research of competitors and their own understanding of the Retail and Marketing Technology landscape. Your success in this role will come from your ability to grasp Exchange Solutions’ products value proposition and use that to formulate marketing programs that resonates with prospective buyers and existing clients. Working with the Manager, Product Marketing & Pre Sales, you will use your strong organizational and communication skills to manage and deliver projects to various stakeholder groups within Exchange Solutions, notably our Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Account Management teams.
