Who’s looking forward to the CMA’s 2015 Marketing Analytics Conference? Or perhaps more to the point, who’s NOT looking forward to this seminal industry event? I had the pleasure of working with this year’s organizing committee and I can tell you there is a fantastic line up!
At this year’s conference you will hear presenters speak on topics and business cases that fall within various categories of the analytical framework. Using case studies for illustrative purposes, you will learn about practical examples of how analytics has impacted businesses, the organizational socialization of analytics, and how analytics has become deeply embedded in the decision-making process for marketing and product delivery.
The opening keynote speaker, Stephan Sorger, Professor both at Hult International Business School and the University of San Francisco, has more than 30 years of marketing and product development experience. With a specialty in delivering value by leveraging analytics and engineering principles to solve marketing problems, Mr. Sorger is an authority on his topic of “Transforming Obstacles into Opportunity using Marketing Analytics”. This is just one of the fellow industry experts that I’m really excited to hear from.
The closing keynote, Natasha Walji from Google Canada, will speak about Profit-driven Marketing. And in between those fantastic openers and closers, you will also hear from other such amazing brands as Tangerine, Kik, and Koodo.
Last but not least, I will lead a plenary session describing how we here at Exchange Solutions are constantly improving the profitability we unlock for our clients using intelligent customer engagement programs.
